How They Work

As a customer of Ridgeline Artisans, you are eligible to create a Ridgeline Virtual Party. Your party will involve a simple configuration including a personal message that will be sent to your invitees along with the instructions for them to purchase product as a part of your party. The most important part of the configuration is to provide the names and email addresses of your invitees.

Once you release your party, we will take care of the rest. We will send invitation emails to your invitees and collect their purchases for credit toward your gift coupon. We will send reminders to your invitees at a few critical points before and during the party to make sure that your invitees purchase products before the end of the party. You will also receive regular updates on the status of your party with a final email when the party has closed giving you the information on how to redeem your hostess gift and gift certificate.
