  • Timing
    • All orders will be shipped within two business days of order placement
    • The transit time from point of shipment will be a function of the shipping method used and the ability of the carrier to make the delivery but are typically 3 to 5 business days
  • Terms and Conditions
    • If we have supplied you with a tracking number and the shipper shows that the item has been delivered, then you will need to contact the shipper to have them put a trace on the item. Once the item leaves the warehouse we are no longer responsible for the item, it is the responsibility of the carrier from that point forward.

Returns

  • Returns Due To Our Error
    • We occasionally make errors in our packing and shipping so please check your shipment carefully when you unpack it.
    • When you find a mistake in your shipment that is due to our error, including but not limited to defective merchandise, wrong items shipped or shortage are eligible for our no cost return
    • These returns are NOT subject to a restocking fee and the return postage will be refunded to you
  • 30-day No Questions Asked Return Policy
    • For reasons other than our error, if you are not satisfied with your items, we will accept a return of the merchandise for a full credit (exclusive of shipping charges) without restocking fees
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and must not have been modified, engraved, altered or damaged in any manner.

  • Damaged shipments
    • If you receive a shipment which appears to be damaged (the external packaging is damaged), then please open the packaging carefully and inspect the product inside.  If you determine that there is any damage to the product, please call us immediately.  We will determine the best approach to filing a claim with the shipper and/or arranging for replacement of your product.
    • If you receive a shipment which does not appear to be damaged but shows sign of damage to the product, please call us immediately to determine the best approach to proceeding with resolution of the problem.
