Our Commitment
Under normal circumstances, we will fulfill all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. We will charge your credit card at the time of the order.
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.
Complaints Procedure
Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately. Customers will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days and your issue resolved within this time frame whenever possible, but not longer than 5 business days. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:30am and 5:30pm.
Force Majeure
No liability will be accepted by Ridgeline Artisans for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, Ware, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failures in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control
Taxes
All applicable taxes are included in the posted selling price or are added during the checkout process. Any other taxes, duties, customs or liabilities associated with the purchase and delivery of the ordered items are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, remove without notice any information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. Ridgeline Artisans also reserves the right to withdraw its services at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms and Conditions, all at any time without notice.

These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by the laws of the County of Jefferson in the State of Colorado. None of these conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
